Safe from Bullying: Training Resources

Guidance

Thumbnail of Safe from Bullying: Training ResourcesThis product is created by DCSF

Bullying does not only happen in normal school hours, it can happen anywhere. Children who are badly bullied in school are more likely than others to be bullied outside of it too.

These resources support the Safe from Bullying guidance and is designed for use by Children’s Homes, Extended services in and around schools; Further Education Colleges; Play and Leisure services; Youth Activities; and those whose work relates to children’s journeys.

The document aims to support people working with children and young people to understand the various forms bullying takes, to be able to recognise bullying behaviour and to understand what they can do to prevent it.
