Youth Crime Action Plan 2008

This plan sets out a triple-track approach of enforcement and punishment, prevention and support, making it clear that the Government will not tolerate the behaviour of the minority causing misery and suffering to others. It proposes immediate action through a package of measures to be rolled out in all areas across England and, for certain measures, Wales.

Feedback is built into the action plan, with consultation questions included throughout the document and information on how to respond in Annex 4.
